A house where ten people can stay together
Domaine des Pradiès in Casseneuil has four bedrooms, a dining table for ten and a private pool of 12 by 5 metres. Enough room for two families, a group of friends or three generations under one roof.
Who sleeps where
Each bedroom has its own name. All of them are spacious, under the original wooden roof beams.
Les Jardins Fleuris
Large double room with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.
Les Oliviers
Double room with a cot. Separate bathroom and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Les Vignes
Double room with walk-in shower.
Les Magnolias
Family room with a double bed and a separate alcove with two 1.20 m bunk beds. En-suite bathroom.
Meals together, quiet time apart
The house is built around a large living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and wifi. From there you step straight out onto the south terrace, with the pool alongside.
The renovated kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a large American-style fridge with ice dispenser, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. The dining table seats ten.
For a quiet hour, the cool cellar has a billiard table, books for children and adults, and board games. On warm evenings the group can cook in the outdoor kitchen on the lower level, with its barbecue.
What does a week cost?
In July and August we only let by the week. Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 11 am.
Includes one set of bed linen
With 10 people that comes to about €40 per person per night.
Practical for a group
The estate has its own drive and a large private car park, with no through traffic. Useful when you arrive in several cars.
Is part of the group flying in? Bergerac airport is about 50 minutes away by car, and Ryanair flies there direct from Charleroi in season. By train, travel via Bordeaux or Agen.

How many people can stay?
The house is set up for a maximum of 10 people across four bedrooms. There is also a cot in Les Oliviers.
Can we stay longer than a week?
Yes. The house is let by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Outside July and August, extra days can be added to stays of 7 nights or more.
Is bed linen included?
One set of bed linen is included in the rent. Everyone makes up their own bed. Please bring your own towels.
